The Hiking Club

The purpose of the club is to have McMahon Students dedicated to an activity that is different , cheap and can incorporate your friends in a non school setting. The understanding is that all students were the proper clothing for the current weather, bring water, and something to eat. Clothing should include hiking boots of some sort, and layers if appropriate.

Directions to hike number two coming----------------

As of January, 2005 our second hike will be in Troutbrook Preserve (Weston/Easton) in 4th February, weather permitting. Please contact Mr. Sommer in Room 2108 to get on the list and to get a parental form.

First Hike is November 12th, 2005 at Devil's Den in Weston/Redding. We will meet at the Tudor road trailhead in Redding at 9:30

Directions to The Devil's Den Preserve (Redding Trailhead)

To visit Devil's Den, take exit 42 of the Merritt Parkway and go north on Route 57 for 3.8 miles to the blinking light. Continue straight on Route 53.
